Unfortunately I needed to edit my review over wanting a refund or another purchase but needed to wait on a return label that I never got. Little inconvenient for me to have to mail it back but anyway Kathy is very nice and helpful but unfortunately I can not recommend. Soon as I got my beautiful ring the turquoise started turning silver in spots over a few days. She did explain to me about how soft the turquoise is. Shipping was slow because she had a lot going on but she did update me thinking she sent 2 rings but I didn't receive but one ring. If I resolve this order I will edit review again . Okay let me apologize for this earlier review and just start over !! Kathy is wonderful if you want a beautiful piece of jewelry see her she is very friendly very helpful and I will purchase again !!
